    Each piece from our Scroll collection is made with longevity in mind, sustainable outdoor furniture that is made to last generations.

    The beautiful interlacing lines of our Scroll collection are inspired by stone carvings left around the British Isles by the ancient Celts. Although these carvings vary significantly in pattern, at the heart of them all is the Celtic knot. This simple endless weave has no obvious start or finish and is thought to represent eternal life. Naturally, for furniture like ours - built to last a lifetime and beyond - it is the perfect symbol to cast forever into a design.

      All our furniture is made to order. The five furniture colours and nine cushion fabrics available online are for furniture that can be available in 4-5 weeks.

      We can make your furniture in any colour with any of the thousands of marvelous outdoor fabrics available (there are many examples on this website).

    • Are outdoor cushions waterproof?

      All Oxley’s cushions are suitable for outdoor use and are treated in a way that makes them highly resistant to water, UV rays, chlorine, mould and dirt. Some fabrics are more water repellent than others which we can advise on.

    • Can you leave Oxley's furniture outside all year?

      Yes, the way in which Oxley’s furniture is manufactured means that it can be left outside all year, every year no matter where in the world it is situated. We make our luxury outdoor furniture to last generations with no maintenance required.

    • How does the furniture stand up to high winds?

      In our production process we use a great deal more aluminium than most outdoor furniture manufacturers. This means that Oxley’s furniture weighs more than standard aluminium outdoor furniture and is therefore not affected by high winds. We often get customers who live in windy locations choosing our furniture for this very reason. However, we ensure all our chairs are easily movable by one person.

    • How much customisation can I specify?

      We always say that every we set of furniture we have ever produced is unique. We do have 18 furniture colours available in our brochure but you can specify the furniture to be finished in any RAL colour you like. We can even match colours if they don’t exist as RAL colours. For cushions, you can choose from any of the suppliers who make outdoor fabrics anywhere around the world, 10,000’s of options! And finally we can make bespoke furniture out of our normal collections with the requisite timescale.

    • How to clean aluminium outdoor furniture?

      The most effective way to clean aluminium outdoor furniture is with some warm water, car shampoo, a soft brush and a soft rag. This combination is the best way to get unwanted dirt and grime off your furniture. Luxury aluminium furniture should be maintenance free so there should be minimal cleaning required each year.

    • Is aluminium outdoor furniture suitable to be by the sea?

      Life by the sea for most man-made products is extremely difficult. The air is full of salt carried from the sea by evaporation and wind, wind which is generally far stronger than inland. Salt is exceptionally corrosive to most of the materials from which outdoor furniture is made. Oxley’s furniture has a powder coat finish that is applied in a unique way with precision and care. This means that out of any outdoor furniture in production, Oxley’s furniture will resist the natural elements in a seaside location best.

    I bought my first set of furniture approximately after seeing it a Grantley Hall. Not only does it look stylish and high quality, it is incredibly practical too. It still looks like new even though it is left outside all year round.     Excellent service from Chris and team. We’ve had our garden furniture for 10 years, it spends all winter under snow, and it’s as good as new. Feels heavy and substantial. We just ordered a second set of furniture and the service was fantastic, including complicated shipping overseas. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful designed, extremely comfortable and I just loved the colour we choose, mint blue. Marvellous that we can leave the furniture outside all year round without having to worry about, or do any maintenance to it. Would highly recommend

    Ok We've not had the best summer but it was made all the more pleasant by the newly acquired garden furniture from Oxley's. We were sold on the style and quality from our stay at a 5-star hotel but the pre and post-delivery service provided by Chris and his team made the experience even more pleasurable. We can't recommend Oxley's highly enough and hope to get full use from this gorgeous set next summer!

    We purchased a table and chairs from Oxley's over the summer which we absolutely love. The quality of the service and the experience of buying was outstanding, with lots of assistance and advice.The table and chairs were finished in a stunning antique gold with matching cushions and you can really see the quality of the design and materials. They are also very solid and you know they will endure anything the British weather throws at them. The prices are premium reflecting the quality of the craftmanship; but if you want furniture that looks great and will last for generations then it is excellent value for money. Thank you Oxley's!

    As a garden designer I have worked with Oxleys for many years. They are delightful people to work with. They are organised, efficient and extremely friendly. But most importantly, they create stunning furniture which is of a very high quality. I am particularly fond of their Artemis range and always look forward to projects where a place can be found for an Artemis table and chairs or a two seater bench (shown in these photos). The finishes are long lasting and the colours are both elegant and classical. I highly recommend Oxleys furniture.
